Madre Ceiba Properties
Bilingual property platform for a coastal agency
April 2026 — ongoing
A real estate agency on the Oaxacan coast was invisible to Google: its listings rendered in the browser, so search engines saw empty pages where the inventory should be, and half its market searches in English. We rebuilt it server-rendered and bilingual, every property indexable in both languages.

- 132 / 132
- active listings with reciprocal hreflang
- 322
- indexable addresses in the sitemap
- 5
- landing pages written for the searches that convert

The problem
The agency sells property in Puerto Escondido to buyers searching in Spanish from Mexico and in English from the United States and Canada. The site it had rendered its listings in the browser, so Google received empty pages where the inventory should have been, and there was no English version at all for half of that market.
What we built
A server-rendered platform on Next.js, with the whole inventory present in the HTML a crawler receives. Spanish lives at the root and English under a prefix, every property carrying its own translated address and a reciprocal hreflang pair. Five landing pages, one per property type, each with its own title, its own introduction and its own structured data, so the searches that actually convert have a page written for them. A blog in both languages, a map on every listing, and an admin area where the agency publishes properties and articles itself, on their own server with a protected staging environment.
The result
Migrated off the old platform with redirects from every legacy address, so the authority the site had already earned came across instead of being thrown away. The sitemap now carries 322 indexable addresses where the previous site offered almost nothing to index.
